DAY 1bay of auckland

Arrive in New Zealand! Connect upon arrival in Auckland to Dunedin, New Zealand’s university city and home to amazing marine mammal and birdlife. You will be transferred to your bed & breakfast accommodation.

DAY 2
Experience local wildlife with your sunrise penguin walk, excursion to the Otago Peninsula Excursion & your albatross encounter (max. 6-8 people)

DAY 3

After your private Transfer to Dunedin Railway Station, Enjoy the “Track & Trail” tour, a unique train and coach journey that links enchanting Dunedin with the adventure town of Queenstown, where you will be transferred to your luxury accommodation.

DAY 4
Join your scenic flight to Milford Sound, with a panoramic view of the fiord, mountains, glaciers, rivers, lakes and lush rainforest. On reaching Milford Sound, you will board a luxury vessel for a cruise the full-length of Milford Sound, before returning to Queenstown by plane.

Today’s highlight is your Wilderness Safari, featuring an exhilarating jetboat trip on the Dart River in Mt. Aspiring National Park.

DAY 6
Pick up your rental car in Queenstown to begin your trek up the scenic West Coast. First stop – Wanaka, a beautiful lakeshore town framed by snow capped peaks. Arrive at your luxury lodge accommodation.

DAY 7
Experience the rugged beauty and solitude of the spectacular high country, with this exclusive 4WD journey exploring an historic New Zealand sheep, cattle and deer farm. Relish in the Maori and European historic sites, pure mountain air and breathtaking scenery.

DAY 8
Continue your drive from Wanaka to Franz Josef Glacier, where your bed & breakfast accommodation awaits.

DAY 9Kayaking in Abel Tasman National park, New Zealand

A short heli hop from the township will take you into the remarkable Pinnacles area of Franz Josef Glacier. You will explore the awe-inspiring landscape with this incredible guided experience. Relax this afternoon in the blissful glacier hot pools.

DAY 10
Continue your West Coast drive to Punakaiki and check into your resort nestled between the beachfront and the hills of the Paparoa National Park, just a stone’s throw away from the famous Punakaiki Rocks and Blowholes.

DAY 11
On to Nelson and the Abel Tasman region, where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the the panoramic views at your luxury rural retreat at Ruby Bay, just minutes from town.

DAY 12
Discover the beautiful beaches, tidal estuaries and rivers inthe most scenic area of the Abel Tasman National Park – Anchorage to Bark Bay – on your guided kayaking trip.

DAY 13
Return rental car to Picton Ferry Terminal and journey across Cook Strait, which connects New Zealand’s North and South Islands, on the Interislander, one of the most scenic ferry rides in the world. Transfer to your Wellington hotel upon arrival.

Visit Wellington’s sights, attractions, and beautiful views of the city and harbor with your city and coastline tour.

DAY 15
Pick up your rental car and set off from Wellington to Martinborough and the beautiful Wairarapa wine region, where your boutique hotel sits on the charming town square, within a mile of over a dozen wineries.

DAY 16

Continue your scenic drive up the east coast of the North Island to Napier, a picturesque seaside town with world famous art deco architecture.

DAY 17
Today enjoy North Island nature at its finest with your small group Gannet Safari to Cape Kidnappers

DAY 18
Your journey continues inland to Rotorua, the center of North Island geothermal activity and Maori culture. Check into your luxury boutique hotel in the center of town.

DAY 19
Today is yours to explore geothermal sites and hot springs in and around Rotorua. Tonight, get close to Maori culture with the Te Puia cultural experience and hangi dinner.

DAY 20
Drive north from Rotorua to Auckland, New Zealand’s largest and most cosmopolitan city, where you will check into your apartment overlooking the harbor.

DAY 22Dunedin and Otago Harbour South Island New Zealand
Today discover the Bay of Islands, a haven for people who enjoy sea activities and the beauty of uncrowded sandy beaches and native forests, including a cruise to Cape Brett and the renowned “Hole in the Rock”.

DAY 23
Cruise Auckland Harbor to scenic Waiheke Island and taste the best of Waiheke food and wine on your delicious food & wine tour.

DAY 24
Your amazing journey concludes with a private transfer to Auckland’s airport and your trans-Pacific flight to North America.

PRICE PER PASSENGER: $6250

Price based on two passengers sharing 3-4 star accommodation. Price valid for travel commencing on November 30, 2017 or earlier and subject to change due to currency fluctuation. Itinerary may be quoted individually upon request for solo travelers and for groups of three or more traveling together. All services listed are included in the price per passenger unless otherwise noted. Airfare quoted separately and subject to change without notice until tickets are issued. Above services and prices subject to availability; similar hotels, tours and services may be substituted if necessary. Land arrangements will be confirmed upon receipt of a $500 deposit. Balance due 30 days prior to departure. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
